Shipping

Wanda Lephoto will process the order as soon as we receive a receipt of your transaction. We will process your purchased items in the quickest of times possible.

When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 7-10 business days of placing your order, please contact us here.

Please note that all international order are shipped delivery duties unpaid. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Return Policy

Wanda Lephoto aims to ensure its customers full satisfaction.

You may return items sold by Wanda Lephoto within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached .

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return shipping fee. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currently concerned date of refund.

For items on sale we cannot accept exchanges and returns.

Once items(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customers will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during shipment.

To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at info@wandalephoto.com with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will be in touch to provide a return form for you to complete that should be included in the package with your return shipment.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
