We currently ship across South Africa.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping rates apply at checkout. Orders over R500 qualify for free shipping.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days.

Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

What if my package is delayed or missing?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email info@kasiflavour10.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Include photos if the product is damaged or defective.

We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

Who covers return shipping?

If you received the wrong or defective item, we’ll cover the return cost.

For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Funds are returned to your original payment method.
